Our 4, grounding weeks together will look like:

• Weekly ritualization of simple, powerful exercises so grounding practices become a habit (in our Slack community & your IRL). 
• Self-paced mini lessons (via voice note) on the energetic qualities & makeup of "grounding" so you can cultivate & access it anytime. 
• Homebase Notion dash for going deep & building your new relationship with grounding.
• Communal space to arrive in & get grounded, practice your rituals, feel held in community with others choosing the same thing, & ask questions to connect the dots into your lived experience.
• Video resources (meditations & yoga flows) that cultivate grounding earth energy to take with you!
